Participants will have the opportunity to learn about local resources along with access to important wellness information.  Sodexo has partnered with Binghamton University, Food Vendors, and Community Businesses and Organizations to provide students, faculty, staff, and community members with an opportunity to:

In short, our fair is designed to provide everyone in the Binghamton community with an interactive experience for seeing, on your own and through local resources, how you can address your health and wellness needs on an enjoyable day-to-day basis.

Join us and learn the Vegetable Twist and a few other delicious songs!
This will be a half hour of dancing fun for everyone.  Performance geared towards children 1-5 and their families.

 

The Skinny Rules
by Molly Morgan

Molly Morgan is a Board Certified Sports Specialist Dietitian, the owner of Creative Nutrition Solutions, and author of The Skinny Rules. Her work focuses on developing custom nutrition programs that yield results. Molly's client list includes Fortune 500 companies, national brands and professional sports teams.

She is a blogger for Men's Fitness.com and works with the media outlets on a routine basis, including: 10! Show, Bridge Street, CNN, Fitness, Men’s Health, Readers Digest, Real Simple, Self, Shape and Women’s Health.

Molly completed her nutrition degree and coordinated practice in clinical dietetics at the State University at Buffalo and is a alumni member of the Phi Upsilon Omicron honor society.

She is an appointed member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Consumer Health Informatics Workgroup, a media representative for the New York State Dietetic Association and a past president of the Southern Tier Dietetics Association. Additionally Molly is a member of many groups including: American Dietetic Association, New York State Dietetic Association and Sports Cardiovascular and Nutrition.
